Rhythmic Gymnastics Courses
The Association provides highly qualified coaching staff under the guidance of Technical Director **Tatiana Shpilevaya**, an international coach and judge who, over the years, has led the Biella athletes of the **Rhythmic Gymnastics High Performance Training School** under her direction to an outstanding **57 national titles**.
HOURS
BEGINNER COURSES (Ages 7 and Up)
AICS Pre-Competitive Course – 2 hours (new groups)
Monday or Friday – 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
AICS Pre-Competitive Course – 4 hours (new groups)
Monday & Friday – 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Basic Level 1 – Fuchsia Group – 4 hours (selected groups)
Tuesday & Friday – 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Basic Level 1 – Blue Group – 6 hours (selected groups)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
BABY COURSES (Ages 4–6)
Baby Course – 1st Year – 1 hour
Tuesday or Thursday – 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Baby Course – 1st Year – 2 hours
Tuesday & Thursday – 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Baby Plus Course – 2nd/3rd Year – 3 hours
Tuesday & Thursday – 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

FITNESS CLASSES
Residents of Candelo are entitled to a **€25 discount** on the annual membership fee, courtesy of the Municipality of Candelo.
